Participate in the HiGAP initiative

We are seeking teams of 1-3 analysts that agree to analyse provided genetic datasets (raw genome-wide genotypes and summary statistics for trait X) with the goal of generating a mechanistic hypothesis and performing a polygenic risk score analysis. Mechanistic hypotheses include, for example, which genes, biological functions or cell types are most likely involved in the trait’s aetiology, but it could be anything that you see as the most promising finding that warrants functional follow-up.

We will use the reported data from multiple analysis teams to chart heterogeneity in the biological interpretation of GWAS results. All members of analysis teams will be invited as co-authors on the paper that we aim to submit for publication.
