Heterogeneity in Genetic Analyses Project

HiGAP aims to chart the heterogeneity of results obtained from different pipelines used for genome-wide genetic analyses, and how that heterogeneity might influence the formulation of mechanistic hypotheses.

HiGAP was inspired by the NARPS project.
